Our curriculum meets the statutory expectations of the Early Adopters Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children in nursery and reception and the National Curriculum (2014).

Early Years Foundation Stage
This year (2020/21) we are adopting new reformed Early Years Framework before it becomes statutory in 2021/22. Not much will change in our day to day practice the children will still be the center of what we do. However, if you have had a child through Early Years before the Early Learning Goals which are assessed against at the end of the reception year and your child will be assessed at either 'emerging', working towards the Early Learning goal or 'expected', working at the expected level of development for a child of their age. National Curriculum:
To support our learning in phonics we follow the national publication - 'Letters and Sounds' alongside a published scheme, 'Jolly phonics'.
